Established in 2005 through the merger of the First and Second Tashkent State Medical Institutes, Tashkent Medical Academy (TMA) stands as a premier public medical institution in Uzbekistan. With a legacy dating back to 1920, TMA has been at the forefront of medical education and research in Central Asia.

Clinical Training & Research

TMA emphasizes practical clinical training through its Multidisciplinary Clinic and affiliated hospitals. Students gain hands-on experience in various medical specialties, preparing them for real-world medical challenges.

The academy is also a hub for medical research, with over 250 master\'s and 50 doctoral theses defended annually. Research areas include public health, preventive medicine, and biomedical sciences. 

International Student Community

Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in 10+2
• NEET qualification (for Indian students)
• Proficiency in English

Required Documents:

• 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets
• NEET scorecard
• Valid passport
• Passport-sized photographs
• Medical fitness certificate 

Intake Sessions: February and September
